Warranty

We offer a one‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on the following product categories, valid from the original date of purchase:


  • Clothing
  • Handbags and baby bags
  • Backpacks
  • Wallets and small leather goods
  • Shoes
  • Jewelry
  • Eyewear

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear.


If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team by email. We will be happy to help. Be sure to include your original proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or order number), as it is required to process your request.

We offer a two-year manufacturing defect warranty from date of purchase on our watches. This warranty does not cover any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging, water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed.


For all manufacture defects, we invite you to bring your item back to one of our shops. If you do not have a shop near you, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by. If you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include:


  • Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
  • A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, gift receipt, or online order number)

To set up your repair, visit https://services-us.fossilgroup.com/ . Quotes, invoices, and repair status updates will be sent via e-mail.


We suggest you send your timepiece by insured, traceable means and properly packaged to protect against damage during transit. Please do not send the product in the original packaging as the packaging will not be returned with the item. Please be aware that fossil group services is not responsible for any impact / shipping damage or lost items that may occur during transit. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date your package is received.


Shipping and labor charge is waived in California for repairs covered by the warranty.
