Yes, gift wrap and gift messaging are available at katespade.com for $6 per item. Please allow an additional 4 business days for your gift-wrapped item to ship. Once the item is ready, it will ship via the shipping method selected in checkout.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Domestically, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days for ground delivery once the item is shipped.

We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hangtags and packaging attached. Returning eligible items by mail is free for U.S. Enter your order information here to get started.

Items purchased in store may not be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our physical shops or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 866.999.5283. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we can locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.

Though infrequent, there are instances in which an item can become out of stock while an order clears through our system. Rest assured; you will not be charged for this item. You may see an authorization hold on your account, which will drop off in 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
