How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Ground (Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, PO/APO/FPO): Free
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia): $20
  • Canada: $15

We also offer two-day ($20) and next-day ($30) delivery within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.


When will my order ship and how long will delivery take?

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Standard ground delivery within the U.S. typically arrives within 3-7 business days once shipped.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because processing begins immediately, most orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

How can I check my order status?

You can track your order by signing into your account or entering your order number, email address, and billing zip code here.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, which will also appear in your order history.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will I be charged for my order?

You may see a temporary authorization when you place your order, but you will not be charged until your order ships.

What is the Kate Spade return policy?

We accept returns for online purchases shipped within the U.S. and Canada. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned within 30 days with tags and packaging attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

What if my items are missing, damaged, or incorrect?

Please contact Customer Care at 866-999-5283 right away. If a replacement is available, we'll send it at no charge and provide a free return label for the incorrect or damaged item.


How long does a refund take?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
Occasionally, it can take up to one full billing cycle, depending on your financial institution's policy.
