SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • orders are shipped on business days only. business days are monday-friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.
  • select home products are only available to ship with white glove delivery and within the continental united states. all products on your white glove order will ship together once they are all ready for shipment.
  • select home products are not available to ship to p.o. boxes, apo/fpo addresses, us territorities or internationally.
  • styles personalized through our monogramming program ship separately from the rest of your order. once the item is ready, it will ship via the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. orders placed by december 10th at 11:59 pm est will deliver by december 23rd. monogram orders placed after december 10th do not have guaranteed holiday delivery.
  • orders of select kate spade new york by lenox products are not eligible for two-day or one-day shipping.
  • orders shipping to alaska or hawaii require expedited shipping. standard ground shipping is not available.
  • orders shipping to an apo or fpo military address are shipped via the u.s. postal service and cannot be expedited. please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.
  • orders containing hazardous materials (example: fragrance) are not eligible for expedited shipping.
  • we are unable to ship expedited orders to a po box address.
  • we are unable to ship to 3rd party shipping services.
  • same day delivery is only offered in select kate spade new york stores. you can find the stores who offer this service on our product pages by selecting the find it in a shop near you option. if the desired store location offers same day delivery we will note “this shop offers same day delivery”.

CANADA SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • any order being shipped to canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected as a part of the international handling fee during checkout. a summary of these charges will be included in the international handling fee line. the order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed. there will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as c.o.d. charges.
  • when placing an order for delivery outside the united states, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.

same day delivery

select stores offer same day delivery. this service offers you the option to have packages delivered to your home or office for a small fee or the option to pick up your packages at the mall’s valet if available. on our product page select find it in a shop near you option. if the desired store location offers same day delivery we will note “this shop offers same day delivery”. just give the shop a ring to place your order.

same day delivery terms and conditions:
if you would like to pick-up your package at the mall valet there is no charge. if you prefer the package delivered to your home or office same-day there is a $5 fee. we will deliver within a 15 miles radius of select shops.

you can select a three-hour delivery window for same day delivery or a future date up to three weeks out. the deadline for same-day delivery order is 6:00pm. delivery pick-up ends one hour prior to store close. you can choose whether a signature is required or not.

track your same day delivery order:
if requested, you will receive an email receipt. the tracking number is displayed on your receipt. this tracking number can be used to track packages at www.deliv.co.

yes, shoprunner members enjoy free return shipping on all their orders placed using shoprunner.

kate spade new york is pleased to offer shipping to multiple addresses in just one order. simply select “ship to multiple addresses” in your shopping bag. you do not need to place separate orders. additional shipping charges may apply.

the fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. these items will be shipped once your payment is approved, the item is located, and the shipping address is verified.

select items are not eligible for shipping outside of the continental united states. a message will be displayed during the checkout process if you have one of these items in your shopping bag.

pre-order items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced order on our site. therefore a pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your chosen shipping address once it is in stock. as with all purchases on our site, you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. the expected date that the item will leave the distribution center is indicated on the product detail page. this date is a good estimation of the item’s availability but please note that the date is not firm. should the expected shipping day change, you will be notified via email.

after your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. please note that business days are monday-friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.

tracking your ground or expedited package

tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution center. you can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email as well as in your order history on katespade.com. it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. while your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.

if you have chosen to ship to multiple shipping addresses, or if your order contains items that are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate shipment confirmation emails.

as we use multiple carriers and shipping methods, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. in these rare instances, your order history at katespade.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. for information on understanding your order status, click here.
