we’ve temporarily closed our stores across north america and europe.
our employees at these locations will continue to receive scheduled compensation and benefits during this temporary closure. and our social channels remain open 24/7, and our customer support team is always available to answer any questions. we'll continue to follow the latest recommendations from centers for disease control and prevention (CDC), the world health organization (WHO) and other local and national health organizations, and we’ll make certain to keep you updated with any changes to our plan.

in light of continued efforts to slow the transmission of covid-19, we have extended store closures in north america and europe. the company will reassess store closure decisions on a bi-weekly basis.

due to temporary store closings, we are extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition). thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

as a reminder, for orders prior to 02/01, our return policy is:
• full priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase
• sale merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase
