UPDATED RETURN POLICY
in light of continued efforts to slow the transmission of covid-19, we have extended store closures in north america and europe. the company will reassess store closure decisions on a bi-weekly basis.
due to temporary store closings, we are extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition). thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
as a reminder, for orders prior to 02/01, our return policy is:
• full priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase
• sale merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase
UPDATED WARRANTY POLICY
due to temporary store closings, we are extending our warranty policy an additional 3 months for both in store and online purchases. we kindly ask you to wait for our stores to open to receive a product assessment. thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
