Items purchased on Katespade.com may be returned or exchanged at a Kate Spade New York specialty shop (excluding airport and department stores).

If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange in any Kate Spade New York specialty shop. Exchanges for select handbags, shoes, wallets, and clothing items may be initiated online. To exchange all other items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new color or size to ensure product availability.

• Items purchased at full price that are still in stock are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Final sale items or items purchased using a promotion code or other discount are not eligible for a price adjustment. See the specific promotion terms and conditions for details.
• For in-store purchases, please bring your original receipt to the store within 7 days of the original purchase date.

For manufacturing defects, we invite you to bring your item back to one of our shops. If you do not have a shop near you, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please have your original proof of purchase available when you call, email, or visit. If contacting customer service via email, please include the following:

• Style number (found on the white tag inside the product)
• Photos of the item clearly showing the issue
• A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, gift receipt, or online order number)

In-store pickup:

• Buy online and pick up in store, or buy in store and pick up at another location.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready, typically within three hours. Orders placed before 1 PM are usually ready the same day; otherwise, they will be ready the next morning after opening.
• When you arrive, let any available associate know you are picking up an order. Your items will be brought to the checkout counter.
• Your order will be held for up to 48 hours. Contact the store directly if you need an extension.
• If you cannot pick up your order, the store team can help arrange an extension or alternative delivery options.
• To cancel or return your order, please refer to the return policy.

You can set up Apple Pay or Google Pay using the Klarna digital credit card created in the Klarna app. At stores that accept Apple Pay or Google Pay, Klarna will work like any other contactless payment method.
