Items purchased on Katespadeoutlet.com may be returned or exchanged at any Kate Spade Outlet store (excluding airport and department stores).

If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange in any Kate Spade Outlet Store. Exchanges for select handbags, shoes, wallets and clothing items may be initiated online.

Items purchased at full price, that are still in stock, are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down within 7 days of the original date of purchase.

Final sale or items purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren't eligible for a price adjustment. See the specific promotion terms and conditions details.

For in-store purchases, please take your original receipt in to the store within 7 days of the original purchase date.

For all manufacturing defects, we invite you to bring your item back to one of our shops. If you do not have a shop near you, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by. If you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include:

• Style number (can be found on the white tag inside the product)

• Photos of the item clearly showing the problem

• A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, gift receipt, or online order number)

• When can I pick up my purchase?

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within three hours. If you ordered before 1 pm, your order will be ready for pick up the same day. If not, your order will be ready the next morning after store opening.

A copy of your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and one of the following: a valid driver's license or passport.

• Where do I go when I arrive ?

Let any available associate know you are picking up an order and your items will be brought to the checkout counter, where your purchase can be completed.

• How long will the store hold my order for?

You have up to 48 hours to pick up your order. You can reach out to the store directly if you need to request an extension.

• I can't pickup my order right away. Can I request an extension?

Yes, you can reach out to the store to let them know what day and time is best for you to pick up your order. If you can't make it at all, our team can offer you other delivery options.

• How can I cancel or return my order?

You can setup apple pay or google pay for the Klarna digital credit card created on the Klarna app. For the stores accepting apple pay or google pay, the Klarna payment will be no different from any other contactless payment.
