First Kate Spade bag
Bought the bag as a gift for a friend who has wanted it for the longest. Before I sent it off I luckily decided to open it to check if it had a dusting. The zip was opening just a cm and jamming. I tried to get hold of the chat customer service and got no response. I have now returned the bag. Disappointed in the product and really awful shopping experience.
