This piece is gorgeous! It's fairly weighty because it's really rich in material and detail. I love it so much!

When I saw it, I had to have it! Get a lot of compliments! Just a heads up, it is heavy, but still worth it!

I was so disappointed when I received the matchbox clutch damaged. It obviously was a returned item because everything in the box was ripped and crumpled up. Not like a new item that is beautifully packaged as my previous purchase from Kate Spade have been. I have tried to no avail to get an exchange and/or speak to a real person and not an automated email! So very frustrating, where is the care and customer service? First I was told return it the item is out of stock even though I can still purchase it online. Then I asked for a few of extra red crystals on the bag so I can replace the ones that were missing - just trying to figure it out! I love this bag and want to have it replaced, but Kate Spades company has it set up where it's almost impossible to work out and issue other than just return the item and no exchanges!
