Great bag, as usual, but my main takeaway from this purchase was how wonderful the staff is at NYC's Broome Street location. My mom and I stopped by last weekend and were helped by several people, mainly Felicia. I cannot say enough good things about Felicia! We are from California and she offered to ship our purchases home for us (no extra charge), consistently found us exactly what we were looking for (even some new items), and was just overall so so friendly and warm while we were there. She also corrected a mis-charge and called to let me know about it and refund my card. Truly a gem. This is the second time I have been ecstatic about my experience at this Kate Spade location - it has become a mandatory stop for me whenever I visit NYC.
