Love It !!!!!
I love this blouse, but I have to agree with the other person who said the arms are a little tight indeed!!!
That is the reason why I gave it 4 stars.
This blouse is very chic though and make me feel very well put together.
I love the shades of blue in it.
I must say as well that Kate Spade needs to do something about their sizes because often they are off in many ways and this happens not only with the clothing but with the shoes as well.
One never knows if their purchases will fit them well and this is very annoying.

Top looks so dull and made with cheap material. No wonder it was made a final sale and you can not return it.
