because occasionally you need a little backup to light up the room. this pretty, luminous piece is certainly up for the task.
Beautiful and well made
They are the best! So pretty and we'll made! The pictures do not even capture how pretty the metal bow is. They were shipped with fragile on the box which I respect and the packing materials securely held them in place. As always true Kate Spade quality!

Love this lamp
I absolutely love this lamp. - so much so that I bought another one. The feminine detailing makes me smile every time I look at it. It's perfect as a bedside lamp, with a warm glow. It doesn't offer enough brightness though to read a book in bed, if that's your thing. The mirror on the base is a nice touch.

Just what I was looking for.
It is an awfully expensive lamp, and not the best-construction of Visual Comfort. Clearly, the name "Kate Spade" added a couple hundred dollars to the purchase price.

Tarnishes quickly.
Absolutely fell in love with this lamp and waited a long time for it to become available. Sadly, within 6 months all of the gold finish has become streaked with tarnish and dull. Disappointing for a Kate Spade product at such a high price point.
