Saggy
Almost perfect. It's beautiful and has all the pockets I needed. Loved the seperate sections, handles, color and removeable shoulder strap....BUT, it tilts and sags. So while it appears to be a structured piece that will sit upright, it quickly droops, tilts, sags even when i have a tablet in the middle pocket holding it up. It will still bend over on itself or become an "innie" like a belly button. All of the purse caves into itself.
