The bag should have been outstanding. I looked for days before making this purchase. It fits a 14" laptop, barely, in the front or back or the bag. Not securely in the zipper portion. The bag is supposed to be 16x11 so a 14x9" laptop shouldn't have been an issue. The bag is off center using the front or back pocket. I can't imagine how a 15" fits in here. The worst part however was the zipper. It's wonky. Off track, you have to tug the zipper over the wonky part. I chatted in twice to see if this was a fluke or an expectation of this brand. Both chat reps were absolutely wretched. I finally called and spoke with somebody who assisted me with a return. I'm beyond bugged that I spent so much time deliberating thinking I had found the perfect bag to have sub par hardware and a description that may be factually true but not functionally true. If you have smaller laptop - go for it - hope you get a good zipper and enjoy.
