The mug is fine, it's functional, but looked baby blue in the picture. It's more of a teal than blue and the color is kind of dull. Not as nice as I expected it to be.

I received this about a week ago, I loved the way it looks, it's definitely a cute "thermal" mug. But it does not keep drink hot for long, I'd say within the hour your hot drink will be cold. Also, it unfortunately got knocked over from the counter, about a 4 foot fall, and it shattered into pieces. Wasn't excepting that from plastic. A $5 travel mug from Target will last longer. This was a disappointing purchase.

I was given a travel mug as a gift and I've never been so disappointed in it. It leaks any time liquid comes near the lid. It will not keep anything warm at all. There is zero insulation. You cannot return it after you've used it. This is a known issue with all of the kate spade travel mugs per associates. They will not even purchase them. Do not waste your money.
