Return Rules & Restrictions
When returning merchandise within the United States, return shipping is free when using the provided prepaid return label attached to your packing slip.
- We accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Holiday Policy: Returns will be accepted through January 25, 2015 for all non-final sale items placed on or between November 7, 2014 and December 25, 2014.
- Final sale merchandise, and merchandise from select promotions—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more before promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned.
- The Customized Weekender Bag is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Styles personalized through our Monogram program are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact.
- All legwear, lipsticks, lip crayons removed from packaging, as well as fragrance rollerballs, are final sale and cannot be returned online or in our retail shops.
- Unworn swimwear may only be returned with original hangtags attached and with original liner intact.
- Only items purchased through Saturday.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our physical shops or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
- Items purchased on Saturday.com may be returned at Kate Spade Saturday retail shops only.
- We do not support returns, re-ships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.
- We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- We are unable to support exchanges through our online store.
- If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase to one of our retail shops, you must present the original packing slip. Without your packing slip, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.
- In the case of items damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at 866-999-5283.
- Kate Spade New York by Lenox items may only be returned to our online store. These items may not be returned to Kate Spade New York retail shops.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
