you know us, we can’t resist a good cocktail. and there’s no better way to end the workday (especially when its’ 84 degrees & sunny!) than kicking back with light bites and wallet-friendly drink deals at our favorite happy hour spots in the city. here’s where you can find us between those blissful hours after work and before dinner, enjoying dollar oysters, two-for-one bubbly or a fresh slice of free pizza… cheers!


*best buck oysters (washed down with a crisp glass of white)
the mermaid inn

happy hour:
5:30pm to 7:00pm
$1 oysters and little neck clams, $3 fish tacos, $6 wine and $7 cocktails, including the dark & stormy and their signature mermaid mary.

happy hour:
3:00pm to 6:30pm
a free plain pizza (our favorite!) with any bottle of vino. when it’s sunny out, we love to park outside on their wooden tables and people-watch.

third floor cafe

315 fifth avenue, koreatown

happy hour:
tuesdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm
for a mere $18, treat yourself to all-you-can-eat korean fried chicken plus all-you-can-drink beer & wine. bonus: enjoy shots of their signature cocktails, on the house!
