if you need to return or exchange a damaged or defective item purchased at a kate spade new york shop outside your home country, please refer to the policy below.

  • damaged or defective items purchased at a kate spade new york specialty shop, katespade.com, katespade.jp or katespade.kr may be returned or exchanged at your local kate spade new york specialty shop within one year of purchase, within the kate spade new york warranty and with the original receipt.
  • items purchased at a discount (including end of season sales and promotions) may not be returned or exchanged.
  • items purchased at a kate spade new york outlet, dfs galleria stores, department stores in the united states or at an unauthorized retailer may not be returned or exchanged.
  • if your item is in need of a minor repair outside of our warranty, we invite you to contact your local kate spade new york shop and they will be happy to assist you in locating a local repair shop.
  • please note, if an item is not damaged or defective, but in need of a return or exchange, please contact a shop in the same country as where you originally purchased.
