The quality of this bowl is great. This is the china that my daughter registered for, so I decided to get a few of the extra serving pieces. When I received the bowls they were wrapped in bubble wrap. They were not damaged, they were packaged very well. My problem was that they described them as being pre-boxed. When I called customer service about this I was told they would send me a box since it was stated that it came boxed. I never received the box so I called and was told that since it ships from the warehouse it does not come in a box. Fine, but don't say it comes pre-boxed when it really doesn't. My daughter loves Kate Spade things and we all know its all about the "pink box" . So now I have to find a quality box that all the bowls will fit in.
