singer and human rights activist annie lenox, supermodel natalia vodianova and singer sophie ellis-bextor were all on hand to help raise money at women for women international’s (wfwi) annual london gala. our creative director deborah lloyd, ceo craig leavitt and public relations director johanna saum flew over for an evening of moving speeches, awards and an auction that raised over £860,000 for wfwi.

one generous bidder paid £10,000 for a kate spade new york experience that included a two-night stay in the big apple, a day behind-the-scenes at our showroom, a shopping spree in our flagship store, tickets to a broadway show and dinner with deborah at one of her favorite manhattan restaurants. all of the guests received our women for women international hand in hand bangle.

wfwi founder zainab salbi told the crowd that the evening “was the most wonderful way to celebrate and honor the work that is being done by our committed supports in the uk to help change the lives of the world’s most vulnerable women in war-torn countries.”
