we spent our lunch break at the gagosian gallery in chelsea
January 26, 2012  |   column: happy hour

let's be honest: we're got a soft spot for polka dots around here. so when we read about the damien hirst: the complete spot paintings exhibit, we had to sneak out from the office for a quick gallery hop in west chelsea to scope it out. a handful of the artist's iconic polka dot paintings are on display in gagosian galleries around the globe until february 18, where you'll find an impressive array of his artwork from the last 25 years.
