handbags, baby bags and small goods

enjoy a one year warranty on our handbags, baby bags, and small goods. for any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, repairs are on us (our apologies!). we invite you to bring your handbag back to one of our shops (click here for store locations). you may also email our customer service team at customerservice@katespade.com and they will be happy to assist you. if you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include: the style number (can be found on the white tag inside the product), photos of the item clearly showing the problem, and a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement).

watches

  • warranty policy: this kate spade new york timepiece is warranted to you, the original consumer, by kate spade new york to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
    • the kate spade new york timepiece warranty covers only material and manufacturing defects. the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under the warranty. in the event of a defect or malfunction during this period the timepiece will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of kate spade new york, free of repair charges, if the timepiece proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
    • this limited warranty does not cover batteries, straps, gold-plating, scratches or any damages arising from normal wear or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than a kate spade new york authorized service center.
  • how to address warranty:
    • the purchaser must send the defective watch and the receipt, or other suitable proof of purchase, to parsec enterprises, authorized service center (address below).
    • please also include a brief description of what is defective with the watch and the repair needed and all contact information (name, address, and phone number).
    • in the usa, please send your watch to the address noted below. shipping fees for the original shipment are the sole responsibility of the consumer. we encourage sending your package certified, insured, or with a traceable shipper.
    • parsec enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. please include a check in the amount of $12.95 payable to parsec enterprises for return shipping and handling fees.

  • non-warranty repairs:
    • if the problem is not covered by warranty or if your warranty has expired, your watch may be repaired by our authorized service center, parsec enterprises, at a nominal fee.
    • in the usa, send your watch to parsec enterprises at the address above. please also send a brief description of what is defective with the watch and the repair needed and all contact information (name, address, and phone number).
    • shipping fees for the original shipment are the sole responsibility of the consumer. we encourage you to send your package certified, insured, with a traceable shipper. parsec enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • upon receipt of watch to parsec enterprises, it will take 48 hours to check price and availability. repair may take 7-10 business days (based on availability of repair pieces). please include a check in the amount of $12.95 payable to parsec enterprises for return shipping and handling fees.
    • parsec enterprises accepts only visa and mastercard for fees involved in repair.

apparel

all of our apparel is seasonal, and we provide you with extra buttons or beads in case any go missing (be sure to keep them safely stored!). due to the delicate nature of our designs, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. however, for any manufacturing defects, please contact the shop you purchased it and they will be happy to assist you.

jewelry

enjoy a one year warranty on all of our jewelry for damage caused by manufacturing defects. please contact the shop you purchased it and they will be happy to assist you. due to the delicate nature of our pieces, it’s best to store jewelry in their dust bags.

Shoes

we are happy to assist you with a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship on our footwear. please contact the shop you purchased it and they will be happy to assist you. unfortunately, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear.

Kate spade new york eyewear by safilo

we partner with safilo usa to produce kate spade new york eyewear. we are happy to repair any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, as long as the frame is available. please download the warranty form here, and return the completed paperwork, frames, and a $15.00 processing fee to safilo and they will be happy to evaluate it for you. please note, safilo usa will not assume responsibility for any items they do not have record of receiving, so be sure to use a trackable shipping method. if you have questions, we invite you to email safilo directly at consumers@safilousa.com. also, if damage is caused by regular wear and tear, charges may apply. (no worries though—safilo will contact you for the green light before any work is performed).

kate spade new york tabletop by lenox

we partner with lenox to produce kate spade new york tabletop. if your item is defective, lenox will be happy to replace it for you. we also know that accidents happen, so lenox will replace any broken items that are in-stock for 50% off its current retail price (plus taxes, shipping and handling), good from the date you registered the product. we invite you to contact the lenox consumer service department at 1-800-635-3669 or visit their web site at www.lenox.com for more information.
