Leather Handbag Warranty
All Kate Spade Saturday leather handbags have a one-year warranty. If you experience a manufacturing defect within this timeframe, the repair’s on us!Here's what to do:
- Option 1: Bring your handbag to a Kate Spade Saturday or kate spade new york store with proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement). We’ll take it from there!
- Option 2: Email our customer service team at email@example.com. Be sure to include the style number (located on the white tag inside the product), clear photos of the defect, and a copy of your proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement). We’ll get back to you with next steps!
