shipping rules and restrictions

• we currently ship to all 50 united states, apo/fpo addresses, and select u.s. territories (puerto rico, virgin islands, guam, marshal islands, american samoa, and micronesia).
• orders are shipped on business days only. business days are monday-friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.
• orders of in-stock merchandise with standard ground shipping to u.s. locations will be shipped within one business day if received and authorized before 2:00 p.m. est.
• orders of in-stock merchandise with expedited shipping to u.s. locations will be shipped within the same business day if received and authorized before 9:00 p.m. est.
• orders with gift wrap options may require an additional business day for processing.
• orders of select kate spade new york by lenox products are not eligible for one-day shipping.
• orders shipping to alaska or hawaii require expedited shipping. standard ground shipping is not available.
• orders shipping to an apo or fpo military address are shipped via the u.s. postal service and cannot be expedited. please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.
• orders containing hazardous materials (example: fragrance) are not eligible for expedited shipping.
• shipment of kate spade saturday customized small weekender bags may take up to six weeks following placement of an order.
• all expedited orders require a street address.
