do i need to send my handbag to you for repair if the "feet" have fallen off?
if you contact kate spade customer service, we may be able to simply send you new “feet” to have put on. in this case, please email your request and be sure to indicate whether the feet are round or square, and if they are silver or gold. also be sure to provide your contact information. if the posts have fallen off the handbag, and if the handbag is within our two year warranty, then it will need to be returned to customer service for repair. please contact kate spade customer service at customerservice@katespade.com if you have any questions about this.
