Step 1: Shipping Address:

If you are not already signed in to your Saturday.com account, you may continue to checkout as a guest. However, to quickly access your saved addresses and payment methods, we suggest signing in to your account using the fields on the right side of the page. You may sign in conveniently using a preferred social network or using the email address and password associated with your Saturday.com account. If you have forgotten your password, click here.


Shipping to a single address:

  • If you would like to ship to one address, click "ship to a single address" above your order summary on the right side of the page.
  • Complete all of the required fields in the shipping address form. Customers who are are signed in to their Saturday.com account may also choose a saved address from the drop-down box just below the shipping fields.
  • If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, click the "use this address for billing" checkbox.
  • If you are signed in, you can save the shipping address for furture use by clicking the "add to address book" checkbox.
  • When you are ready to move on to the next step, click the "continue" button.

Shipping to multiple addresses:

  • If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, click "ship to a multiple addresses" above your order summary on the right side of the page.
  • Guests must add addresses next to each item. Signed-in customers may choose an address by selecting one from the drop-down menu next to each item or by adding new addresses.
  • When adding a new address, a shipping address form will be presented. Complete all required fields in the shipping address form. If your shipping address will be used for billing later in the process, click the "use this address for billing" checkbox. If you are signed in, you can save the shipping address for future use by clicking the "add to address book" checkbox.
  • When you are ready to move on to the next step, click the "continue" button.

Step 2: Shipping method

When you arrive at the shipping method step of our checkout process, your items will be arranged in shipments based on your chosen shipping address(es). Use the drop-down box next to each shipping address to choose from the available shipping methods/charges.

Note: If you have an item in your shopping bag that has a shipping restriction (hazardous materials, items shipping from different distribution centers, international limitations, etc.), you may see that your purchase is split into multiple shipments, even though you have only chosen one shipping address. Be sure to choose the shipping method for each shipment.

When you are ready to move on to the next step, click the "continue" button.

Step 3: Payment

When you arrive at the payment step in our checkout process, be sure to review your order summary on the right side of the page to confirm the items in your shopping bag, gift options, shipping addresses, and shipping methods before selecting your payment options. You may click back into any step of the checkout process to make adjustments.

Options on the payment page:

  • Confirm your billing address:
    An address will appear here automatically based on the shipping address you specified to be used earlier in the checkout. Your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. If you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order. Be sure to confirm the address is correct before proceeding. If the address is incorrect or requires editing, click "change address."

    Enter the email address where you wish to receive order confirmation emails and further correspondence regarding your orders and shipments.
  • Apply a gift card:
    To apply the balance of a gift card, enter the gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields and click "apply." You may apply multiple gift cards to a single purchase. For more information on redeeming a gift card or e-gift card, click here.
  • Enter a promo code:
    If you have been provided with a promo code, expand the "have a promo code?" field by clicking on the "+" sign and enter the requested information. For more information on promo codes, click here.

Choose your payment method:

Once you have verified all aspects of your purchase and applied any gift cards or promo codes, select your method of payment.
  • PayPal: Selecting the PayPal option will redirect you to PayPal's secure checkout page. Once you complete all options there and your form of tender is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our order confirmation step.
  • Note: If you opted to checkout with PayPal earlier in the checkout process, the payment method section will reflect that you are about to process payment using your PayPal account. If you no longer wish to use your PayPal account, click "change payment method."

  • Credit card: After selecting this option, you will be presented with a credit card form. Complete all required fields exactly as they appear on your credit card. if you are signed in to your Saturday.com account, you can save the credit card for future use by clicking the "save card to my account" checkbox. For more information on our credit card rules and policies, click here. When you are ready to complete your transaction, click the "submit order" button.

Step 4: Order confirmation

After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here, you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.
